• Automatically adjust schedules based on actual completion time of work
• Assign users to individual tasks within a workflow
• Provide users with always up-to-date To-Do lists and access to related Job Tickets
• Manage projects with graphical reports, live traffic lists, and searches for at-risk Jobs
• Optionally integrate with Job Manager's Job Recorder
• Optionally integrate with Approval Manager's proof review workflows

• The AWS Solution (version 4) is superseded by Advanced Workflow & Scheduling version 5 starting Workgroups 2010 R2 (packages 164 and later). Please contact MetaCommunications Technical Support if you are current Workgroups customer and need to obtain the AWS solution version 4.
