Do you offer 24/7 support?

We offer 24/7 support for system down events. Normal support hours are 8 to 5 PM CT (M-F).

Can I add modules to my system later?

Yes, you can purchase modules or add licenses at any time for on-premise and hosted systems.

Can I access an on-premise installation from the Internet?

Yes, but you must work with your IT to ensure a domain name points to an address which is open on port 80 in your firewall or DMZ. Our technical support will be glad to assist by answering questions.

Why do you have desktop apps?

Our desktop apps work over your local network and Internet. The apps are very much integrated into the native environment of the operating providing integration with your Mac OS X Finder, and common tools like Adobe CS, QuarkXPress, and Esko’s productivity tools.

Can I access Workgroups from a Mac?

Both Workgroups desktop and browser-based apps run and can be accessed from a Mac.

Is support and upgrades included with hosted systems?

Yes, it’s all inclusive.

Can I switch between an on-premise or hosted system if my needs change?

Yes, and we will help you do it free of charge.

Do you have an API for integration?
