Activity Tags and Coloring
Tags provide additional optional classification for activities. When tagged, the activities in the schedule grid can be displayed with colored backgrounds. The tags can also be used to filter and sort the activities.
Production Status Reports
Improved user interface to Production Status Reports consolidates the various views to a single screen. The views support new filtering and grouping options for instantly customized reports.
Easy Folder Navigation
Users can now fully navigate the folder structure contained in a File Collector by double clicking to drill down, clicking the "up" button, or traversing all the enclosing folders from a convenience popup.
Scheduled Tasks
The new Scheduled Tasks feature provides an ability to run scripts on the server according to a specified schedule. The scripts can be scheduled to run at a specific time or interval, and can perform tasks such as creating reports, sending email alerts, integrating with third party system, and much more.
Export Review Comments
Export entire review discussion to PDF, csv or html for printing, sending by email or further processing.
Workflow API
MetaScript API for programmatic control of workflows and schedules. Examples are included with the software and can be installed by the Virtual Ticket Administrator at any point.
More Scheduling Options
In addition to planning start and finish dates, durations and milestones, users now have the option to start jobs as planned. Reviews can now be set to private while setting up the scheduled activity.
Scheduling Enhancements
The user experience is improved with new abilities added to the Schedule form. You can filter activities by name or tags, sort activites by name, tag, or date, and enable or disable activities.
Form Editor Improvements
Authoring your forms and job tickets just got easier with even more versatile form editor capabilities. The form editor now allows independent specification of text, border and background colors for all form controls, supports transparent and default colors, allows in-place input of colors in a variety of standard formats and much more.
Filter Notifications by Date
New "Show" filter allows users to show and hide notifications in their inbox based on the date they were received.
Variable DPI Support in Forms
Forms can now be constructed at 72 dpi, 96 dpi or 120 dpi. The higher resolutions allow for more screen space and closer matching between form's on-screen and print renderings.
