Approval Manager includes hundreds of features for automating online proofing and approvals for marketing, creative, web design and production environments. The new release adds to this comprehensive list of capabilities with advanced file management, enhanced collaboration tools and redesigned dashboards that make controlling feedback and approval processes intuitive and simple.
Approval Manager 2012's new workflow capabilities enable users to take full control over their files and projects throughout the creative and approval process. Project managers now have role-based dashboards providing a “command and control center” to manage the workflow of each of their projects. Reviewers also have their own dashboards that bring together project info, to-do lists, open files and due-dates.
Approval Manager 2012 brings automated file management to the proofing and approval process. Project and traffic managers can quickly organize groups of related files into one proof, such as video, web page or print ad proofing projects, and route them all together. Reviewers and project managers now have the flexibility to view all the related files together and in context, but provide feedback and approval independently.
Reviewers can now collaborate in real-time using discussion threads within proofs. They can create comments, reply to comments and attach files directly to a proof file. These discussions are updated in a user’s browsers instantly allowing reviewers and managers to share ideas as they provide feedback and approval. All users can collaborate and converse directly within Approval Manager, avoiding lost emails in already cluttered inboxes. Now everyone has an easy way to stay connected and up-to-date.

Approval Manager 2012 is available immediately as an on-premise solution or hosted in the cloud. The on-premise Express edition is free and includes unlimited users, storage and proofs. The on-premise Standard edition starts at $995 and includes complete workflow management. Cloud hosted versions of the Standard edition start at $199/mo.
