Senior Project Manager / Account Executive

MetaCommunications is seeking a senior Project Manager / Account Executive to join our team. This position will manage customer relationships and project implementations that include needs analysis, planning (timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables), quality assurance, product training, and continued customer support. Coordination of project activities with our developers and the customer, as well as resolving customer issues are also key activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, track project implementation plans
• Coordinate project tasks within our engineering team
• Gain milestone approvals from customer
• Quality assurance testing for deliverables
• Manage customer relationships and quickly solve issues
• Identify additional revenue opportunities
• Provide ongoing customer support

Requirements

• Project management experience – preferably software or technology projects
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be part of a growing company
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships
• Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and open to challenges
